BRETZLE RECIPE

Zucchini Frittata recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 large zucchini, thinly sliced 

2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated

4 eggs

½ teaspoon salt

Optional ingredients:

2 tablespoon bread crumbs

black pepper

 

How to Make It

Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Add zucchini; cook, stirring often, for 3 minute. Add salt.

Whisk eggs in a large bowl until blended. Add cheese and mix.

Add the frittata mixture and cook,  until the bottom is light golden, 3 to 4 minutes. As it cooks, lift the edges and tilt the pan so uncooked egg will flow to the edges.

Turn the frittata (with the help of an adult) and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

 


PANCAKE RECIPE

Ingredients:

1 cup of flour

2 tablespoons of white sugar

2 teaspoons of baking powder

1 egg

1 cup of milk

2 teaspoon of liquid butter


Instructions:

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. In a bowl mix flour, sugar and baking powder

3.  Put in milk and mix well. Then add egg, liquid butter.

4. Mix well.

Chocolate Brownies 

Ingredients

55g butter

110g dark chocolate, chopped

2 large eggs

150g brown sugar

85g granulated sugar

1tsp vanilla extract

125g plain flour

½ teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C

Grease a square baking sheet with butter.

In a large pan, melt the butter and the chopped chocolate over low heat until they melt.

Remove from the heat and add the eggs, sugars and vanilla extract.

Add the flour, baking powder and salt to the mixture, then mix the mixture with a spatula.

Transfer the mixture to the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. To check the cooking, insert a skewer in the center of the brownies: the skewer must be dry.

Cool the brownies in the pan and then cut into squares.
